Mr. Loay Jassim Al-Kharafi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mohamed Abdulmohsin Al‑Kharafi & Sons Group, the Kuwaiti family enterprise. Under his leadership the group has partnered with Veolia Water Technologies on a 53‑plant distributed wastewater-treatment network across sites in Kuwait, a programme that reuses 40,000 m³ of treated wastewater per day.3,4
He is also a practising attorney and the founder of Loay Jassim Al-Kharafi Law Firm in Kuwait, established in 1991, where he continues to be admitted before the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation as a member of the Kuwait Bar Association.1

Education & Legal Practice
Mr. Al-Kharafi graduated from Kuwait University and pursued further studies at Miami University in the United States in the arrangement and administration of commercial affairs.1
He was registered with the Kuwait Bar Association in 1991 and is admitted to plead before Kuwait’s Constitutional Court and Court of Cassation.1
